Hydraulic Station:

Hydraulic system consists of fuel tank, motor, high and low pressure pump, control valve, oil filter, shear cylinders and other components, is the power source of cutting cylinder. Electromagnetic valve, relief valve, unloading valve, are imported parts, reliable performance, long service life.

–  Cutting molds:

Part of the mold adopt sliding guide, this structure to bear a large partial load, high precision guide. Molds is divided into pressure head, coupling shaft, upper blades holder, nether blades supporter, upper blades, nether blades and the worm gear transmission system.

The pressure head is mounted on the piston rod, the coupling shaft is mounted on the upper tool holder, the coupling shaft can rotate in the pressure head, and the whole upper and lower turret can be rotated 360 degrees by the worm gear driving.

This structure adopts the sliding guide way to guide the upper and lower frame, the gap of the upper and lower blades through adjust the nether blade to achieve shearing the different thickness of angle steel.

Under the tool holder is cast steel, bear the load, greatly improving machine stability. In order to make the workpiece without rotation, the molds adopt geared motor + worm gear drive, can arbitrarily adjust the shearing angle.

The machine can be installed marking & punching system by customers' request, that is, only need to exchange moulds so as to carry out marking or punching of angles.
