Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 30-60 days if the goods are not in stock.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment 30% T/T in advance ,70%balance before shippment.

A: Yes, both the product and the packaging can be customized.

Q: Do you arrange the shipment?
A: Yes, our company can arrange the shipment to deliver the goods according to the client's customer's requirements.

Q: What about the after-sales service?

We have 7*24 hours on line service team, have abroad service team can provide to door service and installation.

Q: Can we visit your factory?

A: Of course. We are looking forward to customers’ visit to our office and factory. Once you have any schedule for China, please let us know and we will pick you up at the airport or station. By the way, we offer pictures, videos, videoconferencing, live broadcasts, etc. to help you know us better. Please contact us for more information.

Q: What is the annual output capacity?

A: About 50 sets machines per month.

Q: What is the export volume annually?

A: about USD 10 million.

Q: Do you have the products in stock?

A: We have some products in stock, common size or design. Also, we can produce for your order.

Q: How to control the product quality? Does your factory have any quality certification?

A: Our products are certificated by ISO 9001. We also accept third-party testing. You can find some test reports of our products.
