CNC Marking Punching and Shearing Machine for Angle Channel and Flat Bar
Application: It is used for punching the other flange of Angle steel and two flange of channel steel.
The unit consists of a base, a column, a moving beam, a fixed beam and a side punch mechanism.The side punch mechanism and the moving beam are connected by the linear guide rail and the slide block, and the side punch mechanism adjusts the clearance between the punching die frame and the plate through the floating mechanism.The moving beam moves up and down through the ball screw driven by the servo motor, and the holes of different heights can be washed out.
Application: For cutting material
The machine is equipped with channel steel cutting tool, strip steel cutting tool and Angle steel cutting tool.Channel tools are divided into several groups, each group corresponds to a type of channel steel.Channel tools are combined tools.All the cutting tools can be used in reverse position, greatly improving the utilization rate of the blade and saving cost.
