CNC Gantry Moving Type Beam Drilling Machine Model YBD3030/3

The structure profile is lifted on the worktable by overhead crane. The operator press the side aligning button to enable the hydraulic side push function to align the beam to setup home position.


1. The Gantry moves from end of the Beam to detect the starting point.

2. The operator send the drawings (*.dxf, *.nc1) to the machine and transfer to machine language automatically. And then, press the start button.

3. The Gantry moves to the right position and stop ready for drilling

4. The operator presses the tool removal button to loose the tool holder for drilling bit changing.

5. The operator presses the start button to re-start the machine for drilling till all job being finished.

Working Procedure

6. The Gantry will move to a safe area for unloading the Beam (by overhead crane)
